As the CEO and Founder of The Wisdom Ways and The Birthing Your Dream Ministries, LLC, I’ve spent the past two decades shaping my leadership through a combination of military service and a passion for empowering women. My 20 years of military experience taught me the importance of structure, discipline, and resilience, all of which have played a significant role in how I approach life’s challenges. Along the way, I faced personal health struggles, including arthritis, that tested my physical limits and pushed me to reconsider my approach to life. These trials only deepened my understanding of the importance of mental and spiritual fortitude.

My journey of transitioning from military life to the civilian world unveiled a critical insight: many women, especially those over 50, were quietly facing similar challenges in finding their place in a world that’s rapidly changing. This realization led me to create The Wisdom Ways—a space where women can collaborate, share their experiences, and move from competition to community. Through The Wisdom Ways, I’ve woven together the leadership I learned in the military and the compassion I’ve cultivated in ministry to create a movement where women find their strength in wisdom and support from others. It’s my mission to help women navigate their transitions with grace, purpose, and confidence, proving that the most impactful chapters of life often come after 50.
